Developed a fresh look for a local rock climbing gym that offers courses and children’s camps during the day, and a social hangout spot in the evenings. In a welcoming and non-intimidating way, Toronto Climbing Academy provides an inclusive, safe space for all levels – from newcomers to veterans, and everyone in between.
It was important to capture the personality of the facility, staff and members in this new identity. To maintain a playful nature, each letterform was created by hand, forming a script typeface to mimic the movement of a climbing rope.
